I’m Neo (They/He), an energetic designer based in Portland, OR interested in illustration, brand design and identity, and page layout. Often incorporating humor into my designs, I am passionate about promoting self-expression and accessibility through design. After receiving my BFA in Graphic Design from Portland State University, I am excited to discover new design passions, forms of expression, and knowledge throughout my journey in the design world.
